We are in the centre of Cebu City. Ayala Center is a short walk away, major hospitals are nearby, and power and internet are stable around the clock. The two things parents worry about most — safety and daily life — are answered by the address itself.

Mostly one-to-one teaching
The course structure is built around one-to-one lessons, so students speak with a teacher directly every day. Compared with a conventional group class, the amount a student actually says increases several times over — and that is what drives progress.

Cambridge English curriculum

Ages 4 to 70
Children, teenagers, adults, parent-and-child, and senior classes all run in parallel. A family can enrol together and still each have a course designed for their age.
Offices in Taiwan and China
SOP runs a directly operated service centre in Taiwan; in mainland China we work through both direct operation and officially authorised partners. Visa paperwork, WEG documents for minors, flight advice, and arrival at the school in Cebu are all handled by a named person, not a queue.

Safety should not be a slogan
SOP is in a prime downtown location, run as a closed hotel-standard campus with 24-hour security and access control. Lessons, accommodation and daily life all happen inside the same building.
When something urgent happens, what a family usually needs is not a translator but somebody who understands how they think. Our support is split across two places: the Taiwan office handles pre-departure questions and paperwork, and once a student lands, staff on the Cebu campus take over.
We know that what worries a parent is not whether their child's English improves. It is whether their child is safe, well and happy while they are away.
